Indian Oil Corporation Ltd is planning to outsource hydrojet cleaning of Swing Heat Exchanger tubes post shutdown. KM Sharma, Chief Manager (Contracts), IOCL told Clean India Journal, “The job is done on an annual basis with the help of specialised set of people who can do hydrojet cleaning at a pressure of 25000psi.”
